Visit the Stafford Cheese & Ale Festival on Saturday 17th May in the Market Square from 10am to 4pm. This new event promises to be a lively affair with cookery demonstrations from top chefs and tastings from some of the top cheese and ale producers.  With delicious chutneys and breads to try alongside some fabulous local ales, this is an event not to be missed.  FREE admission.
